Today I woke up alone again. Dad was gone, and mom, as usual, "where ..." went. I got up 10:20 am, getting ready for training in our basement, waiting for the ark. There was magda rapta, some girl and some homies. In the middle of the amusing water, it was terribly stinky - I probably would have forgotten to write about it, if not for the fact that the smell would not change again :) At the gym, the guy I wrote about yesterday - congratulated me on a diet consisting of a huge pack of pips - saw us yesterday and he often sees me as he talks. It's interesting because, apart from the gym, I haven't met him yet. I exercised the chest and shoulders today. I tried to tighten the bars when pressing - you can see that the lateral acton was warm, but I didn't feel any leaven. In the cloakroom I spoke to a nice old man about the slimming belt that I use. I went away, I said goodbye and gave the key to this smiling girl as usual. Besides, after today's training, the shoulders and chest looked great. SMS Ania

This is the fourth day in the row of my journal. I must boast modestly that endurance increases. After some time around 3 p.m. I went to sunbathe on the river bed. There were some clouds, but the sun was enough and I caught a little bit of rays. I saw Dorothy and Julka a few times - I love these kids - always cheerful and smiling. I wish my children would be so happy too. I listened to music while sunbathing, and when I returned they told me that I got sunburned. I told Julka that she has orange skin :) I was alone for a while at home. I watched Talks in Progress - about women who have had ovarian cancer. Then there was a family court - an interesting trial, where the daughter was the younger brother. When my mom came back she was pissed that we hadn't left her anything - I ate her meat portions, I thought it belonged to Dad - and he was losing weight.
