Krzysk's visit

The day started with the voltage related to the repair of the Scream's disk and the writing of yesterday's report. I started the first Ark with a post-training cocktail - although considering the intensity of the exercises I don't really deserve it :) I drank the second one. It's interesting because, apart from the gym, I haven't met him yet. I exercised the chest and shoulders today. I tried to tighten the bars when pressing - you can see that the lateral acton was warm, but I didn't feel any leaven. In the cloakroom I spoke to a nice old man about the slimming belt that I use.
