Usually, depending on the type of meal and its size, the next one feels like you need to eat it after 2-4 hours. But these are not strict rules. It would be most convenient for me to live alone. Then I decide when I eat a meal, and so I have to adjust to the hours. During the week at 20:00, and on weekends at 14:00 and there is still a problem with dinner. Today I wasn't hungry for dinner and so far I am not. I am thinking not to organize a short 16h fast as recommended by Tombak and see how I will feel tomorrow.
